Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation by Member:

  • Greater than 12 Hours Notice: If a member cancels a scheduled session with at least 12 hours advance notice, the member will receive a full refund of the credit used to book that session.

  • Less than 12 Hours Notice (Late Cancellation): If a member cancels a scheduled session with less than 12 hours advance notice, the member will not receive a refund of the credit used to book that session. This will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and no refund will be given.

  • No Show: If a member fails to cancel a scheduled session and does not attend, the member will not receive a refund of the credit used to book that session. This will be considered a "No Show" and no refund will be given.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellations must be made through one of the following as part of the designated cancellation process:

    • Cancel directly through the scheduling service used to sign up for the session

    • Cancel request in writing via email specifying the date and time of the session being cancelled along with the full name of the attendee sent to coachg@hiitthecourt.com

  • The time of cancellation will be determined based on the time the cancellation request is received.

  • This policy is subject to change at the discretion of HIIT THE COURT LLC. Members will be notified of any material changes to this policy.

By booking a session, members acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
